A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a VP of Marketing. This individual will be focused on driving strategic marketing initiatives focused on enterprise audiences. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy targeting enterprise-level audiences, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Brand Management: Lead the consolidation and migration of multiple brands into a unified, holistic approach, enhancing brand equity and market presence
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality, impactful content to support sales and engagement efforts across various channels
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Design and manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Data Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage a portfolio of brands within the organization, ensuring seamless integration and coherent messaging
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Compliance Awareness: Work with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements, particularly in visa-related categories
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing the company as a leader in workforce solutions and enterprise marketing

Measurable Outcomes:

  1. Global Workforce Solutions Brand: Launch a new enterprise brand, focused on Global Workforce Solutions by the end of the fiscal year, with measurable KPIs such as brand awareness, website traffic, and client acquisition
  2. CRM Implementation: Successfully implement a new CRM to manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, achieving a 10% improvement in lead-to-client conversion rates within 12 months
  3. Unified Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to integrate and manage all brands under the company umbrella, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable growth in brand recognition and client engagement across each vertical
  4. Product Expansion: Expand product offerings to enterprise customers, achieving sales of 2+ products to at least five (5) new customers by the end of the fiscal year.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive managerial experience
  • 10 years of marketing experience, including designing and managing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, etc.
  • 5 years of recent enterprise-level B2B experience
  • Experience in integrating diverse brands into a cohesive, holistic strategy, leveraging advanced data analytics to guide decisions
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes through compelling content strategies, brand innovation, and enterprise marketing expertise
