Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to oversee and guide our recruitment team in delivering top-tier talent solutions. As the Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, mentoring a team of recruiters, and ensuring that client needs are met with high-quality staffing solutions. You will also play a key role in enhancing the recruitment strategies and performance of the team to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to drive successful staffing outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and ensure recruitment goals align with the company s objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique staffing needs, and delivering customized recruitment solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and continued business partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection. Ensure the team adheres to best practices and maintains a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure team performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure continuous improvement. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for your team by providing mentorship and training opportunities. Support team members in their professional growth and ensure a positive, motivated team culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and tools.
- Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and utilize recruitment data to improve team performance.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of professionalism.
