What will your role be?
Scalian is seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager with a strong Scrum Master background. This role combines robust IT technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of cyber security principles, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
Activities:
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and track milestones
- Identify, document, and monitor project risks, with an emphasis on cyber security risks and ensuring data protection measures are in place
- Be accountable for solutions architecture proposals to internal clients, ensuring they meet security best practices and regulatory compliance
- Manage the project budget effectively
- Communicate with project stakeholders and business teams, with a focus on addressing any security-related concerns
- Handle a multi-vendor and supplier project environment, ensuring security standards are met across all vendors
- Collaborate with departments, including those from France and Spain, to integrate cyber security measures into every stage of the project
- Demonstrate structured documentation skills for timelines, meeting minutes, risk logs, and reports, highlighting security requirements and actions taken
- Ensure on-time project delivery, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards
What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in Information Management
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud-based programs, with experience in securing cloud environments
- Must have working experience with Azure and its security frameworks
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with the ability to integrate security-focused Scrum practices into projects
- Ability to translate technical and cyber security issues to management
- Experienced with waterfall, agile, and other project management methodologies, particularly in the context of secure project delivery
- Preferably, experience working with overseas clients, ensuring compliance with international security standards
- Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST), and preference will be given to candidates based in the Massachusetts area. Occasional travel (0%-10%) to the office may be required
