Recruiter (Junior) - US IT Staffing

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with other recruitment tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, including phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Job Postings: Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and addressing any questions they may have.
• Recruitment Administration: Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate records, updating databases, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
• Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus, but not required.
