  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business/Functional Analyst
Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Dynamics 365 business/Functional analyst to support and enhance our organization's use of Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a functional analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, configure, and optimize the system to align with business needs.
Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful implementations and drive improvements in our Dynamics 365 environment across various business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.).
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business processes and objectives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics 365, providing guidance and insights into system capabilities and best practices.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Dynamics 365 features and integrations.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users fully understand and utilize Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to support system customization and configuration.
  • Assist with data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure successful implementation and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and address user concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on Dynamics 365 releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Utilize recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionality to create new features and/or fix reported issues and bugs.
  • Tightly collaborate with the BI team, functional and technical Dynamics 365 F&O team members, as well as other groups within the IT Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Operations, Sales, or Supply Chain Management).
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design documentation.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Azure services and Cloud integrations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred

  • MS Dynamics D365 certifications.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions in a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Telecommunications.
  • Experience with C#.NET.
  • Experience with Azure functions, Key Vaults, and Logic Apps.
