  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in partnership with a financial services company is seeking a M365 Administrator. As the M365 Administrator you will be responsible for aspects of administration of M365, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Intune and Conditional Access, as well as PowerShell and Azure. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to see technical issues through to resolution. You will have technical expertise and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of M365 Administration to include Power BI, Power Platform and SharePoint Online. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the M365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing, security policies, system health monitoring, and service configuration (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  • Administer Power BI (workspaces, performance, security, and user support), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, assisting with application/workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, workflows, search, content types, metadata, information governance, and security.
  • Manage mobile device policies, security configurations, conditional access policies, and Windows device policies, including cloud group policy and Intune configurations.
  • Automate tasks with PowerShell, manage Azure resources related to M365, and administer Azure AD and Azure AD Connect.
  • Perform basic network and server administration, manage Active Directory, and handle certificate renewals
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD.
  • Basic understanding DaaS using Azure Desktops and M365 Workstations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with network and server administration.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and certificate management.
  • Knowledge of general disaster recovery validation methods and be willing to assist in testing efforts (when required).
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST, ISO, CIS, PCI, and FFIEC a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
