Overview: We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Fortune 20 Retail client’s Financial Systems team. This hybrid role will evolve to encompass both project management and business analysis responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful upgrade of our clients Tax application.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple teams to ensure project completion within a limited timeline.
  • Conduct standard project management ceremonies.
  • Track tasks and document progress for each environment.
  • Report project status to the team and other stakeholders.
  • Hold the team accountable to keep the project on track.
  • Collaborate with SAP teams and translate requirements for project.

Business Analysis:

  • Understand and document tasks and requirements.
  • Gather requirements and perform unit testing.
  • Track and document requirements.
  • Assist with dashboarding tasks (GCP), though not responsible for creating dashboards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in both business analysis and project management.
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly beneficial.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to document and track tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Logistics:

  • W-2 Contract: 6 Months (potential for extension)
  • Fully Remote (EST Hours)
  • Compensation: $50-$55/hr
