Role Description
As an Event Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business
development activities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and working collaboratively with our
internal teams to acquire world-class events. The successful candidate will report to the Head of
Business Development and will work closely with Kestone Global's management team to achieve
the company's goals.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Set
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Event Sales specializing in events management.
• Experience in hunting, identifying, negotiating, and closing business deals.
• Strong interpersonal, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of professionals.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and
budgets.
• Knowledge of the events industry and proven success in achieving targets and driving
business growth.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Salesforce / Hub Spot or similar
customer relationship management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in multiple languages is a
plus.
• Must be currently based in the USA and have the necessary non-company sponsored permit
to work in the USA.
• Comfortable using MS Teams / Zoom to discuss project matters with the wider team across
Asia.
• Familiar with virtual events.
