  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will oversee project execution and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JIRA administration, strong data analysis and presentation skills, and the ability to drive project hygiene and updates.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all projects and ensure team members consistently update JIRA while maintaining proper project hygiene.
  • Manage JIRA administration, including user permissions, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for executive briefings and status reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Work from the office twice a week to facilitate better coordination and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA administration (creating/modifying workflows, managing dashboards, user roles).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint (PPT) and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
