Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a versatile and proactive communications professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to tackle tasks of all sizes. This role involves supporting the CEO and managing the day-to-day operations essential to establishing a new business, including:
- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement communication strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, blog posts, social media, newsletters, websites, and more.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in our brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Community Outreach: Plan and execute events that enhance community presence and brand visibility. Build and maintain relationships with media professionals and community organizations.
- Marketing Strategist: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and campaigns, including eCommerce strategies. Leverage photography and writing skills to produce visually compelling and persuasive content.
Requirements
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, along with proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and email marketing software.
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies that drive results and build relationships with in real estate, property management, or construction is a plus.
