Ball Morse Lowe is seeking an experienced Content Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of our content production and digital storytelling efforts. This role is critical in driving the firm’s digital presence and will execute content creation across multiple channels, including social media, SEO-driven website content, and email marketing.

Working from the annual marketing plan and in collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll contribute heavily to our ongoing content strategy, developing compelling content that aligns with the business’s goals. The focus for this role is primarily focused on driving revenue from organic channels and supporting broader awareness efforts.

The ideal candidate is a content producer first—someone with strong writing, editing, and design or multimedia skills—who understands SEO, email marketing, and digital content best practices. An interest in and understanding of UX principles will complement our firm’s client-first, service-oriented values.

We are a dynamic and expanding team with significant growth potential. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level marketer seeking greater ownership and strategic impact in their role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation – Write and edit blog posts, develop one-pagers and sales materials, case studies, website pages, and social media content to establish thought leadership and attract leads.
  • Website & SEO – Manage website content, develop SEO-optimized landing pages, and improve search rankings.
  • Email Marketing – Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
  • Social Media Management– Develop and implement social media strategies to raise brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Multimedia Content – Design simple graphics, create short-form videos, and collaborate with external vendors for advanced production.
  • Performance & Optimization – Track and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in content marketing or advertising/communications (preferably in a legal, professional services, or B2B environment).
  • Proven experience in writing, editing, and producing content that drives engagement and lead generation.
  • Design and basic video production skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of content distribution strategies, digital marketing, and paid media strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.
  • Ability to collaborate with attorneys, internal clients, and agency partners to effectively complete projects.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to take ownership of content strategy and execution at a growing law firm.
  • Collaborative, supportive environment working closely with Marketing leadership.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
