OMNICHANNEL MARKETING DIRECTOR

The Omnichannel Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a seamless, data-driven marketing strategy that integrates digital, in-store, and experiential marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales through a unified and consistent brand experience across multiple platforms.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing plan that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey by integrating digital, retail, in-store, e-commerce, and experiential marketing efforts.
  • Establish a consumer-centric approach, ensuring that every channel provides a consistent and engaging experience.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across channels, including paid media, social media, email, influencer partnerships, and in-store activations.
  • Work closely with creative teams, media agencies, and content producers to ensure a unified brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Implement test-and-learn strategies to optimize content, creative formats, and messaging for different audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with retailer objectives and drive sales.
  • Develop tailored retail marketing programs that enhance in-store promotions, drive foot traffic, and increase conversion rates.
  • Partner with e-commerce team to create digital optimization strategies that improve visibility and sales online.
  • Utilize first-party and third-party consumer insights, market research, and digital analytics to refine audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Conduct performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with digital platforms, retail media networks, and other channel partners to drive campaign performance.
  • Negotiate media spend, placements, and co-marketing opportunities to maximize brand visibility.
  • Stay informed about emerging marketing technology solutions to improve automation, attribution, and overall effectiveness.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for all omnichannel campaigns, including engagement, conversion, and sales lift.
  • Work with analytics teams to generate real-time performance dashboards and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize spend and maximize impact.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing innovations, including AI-driven marketing, virtual experiences, and connected commerce.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years in omnichannel or digital marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, retail media networks and performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with sales, creative, technology, and external partners.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and adopting new technologies and strategies to enhance customer experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Hours of work will generally be from 9am to 6pm CST Monday – Friday. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, and other concerns. Position requires up to 15% travel.
