V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager (Remote) for our premier client.

Education and Experience »

• Experience in project administration, coordination, or management, preferably in technology or consulting services.
• Strong ability to develop and implement new processes in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient use of project management applications, with a preference for Microsoft software such as Microsoft Project or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain customer relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively remove roadblocks and facilitate team success.
• Positive, joyful, and customer-friendly demeanor that aligns with our company culture.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects to completion on time and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a consulting environment or professional services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technology solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Project plans and timelines.
• Status reports.
• Lead standup meetings.
• Hours to budget.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary customer-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop and implement project management processes in the absence of a formalized system.
• Maintain and manage the project management platform, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to break down work into manageable tasks and align appropriate resources.
• Facilitate internal project status meetings, track progress, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide clear communication and updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Work closely with employees to empower them, remove roadblocks, and foster a productive work environment.
