Job Title: Campaign Marketing Manager

Location: Seattle, WA 98103 or San Francisco, CA 94107 (Hybrid)

Duration: 8 months

Contract Type: W2 only

Pay Rate: $76.83/Hour

Role can be located in Client’s Seattle or San Francisco offices.

Duties:

  • Campaign Marketing Strategy: Drive and document student campaign marketing strategy for Client in partnership with campaign marketing lead, cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
  • Campaign Asset Development and Coordination: Manage the development of marketing assets with external agencies. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., PMM, channel owners, GTM) to ensure assets meet specifications and deadlines. Oversee the approval process for all assets, ensuring they align with campaign strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate communication between stakeholders (Campaign, Creative, Media, PMM, Legal, etc.) to ensure internal alignment on campaign requirements and timelines.
  • Asset Delivery and Trafficking: Ensure timely delivery of assets to appropriate channel owners. Maintain a detailed tracking system for asset delivery schedules and status.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency of asset management and delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in campaign marketing management, project management, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to facilitate communication between stakeholders and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing and media strategy.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
