Stott and May is proudly partnering with an growth-stage, PE-backed SaaS organization focused distinctly on helping large health care clients and regional health systems manage complex staff compliance programs.

They have recently taken on a strategic private equity investment round, from both tier-1 and sector specific investors, and will be looking for a expand their US Based GTM team with a number of Regional Sales Managers in key territories.

The business has 10x-ed their US revenue in the last 3 years, with plans to 3x again in the next 2 years. They're a leading vendor in their market place, with a highly regarded product offering (4.6/5 on G2), and a deep set of enterprise logos already installed.

This role will be pivotal in expanding in key territories, landing new clients, and continuing their organization's growth following this investment round.

Open to candidates in the NorthEast or MidWest Territories on a remote basis.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience selling for an enterprise-focused and PE-backed software business, scaling from XM - XXM+ ARR
  • Deep experience working with and landing new customers in the Health Care Sector
  • Experience selling technical, enterprise grade, and priced software products (50-400K+ ACV)
  • Strong outbound prospecting and deal negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building out pipeline in new territories for an organization
  • Deep operational rigor; having proven experience in building enterprise focused sales playbooks, client penetration plans, organizational structures, rep plans, onboarding, etc.
  • Experience selling applications that impact and improve internal workforces, ideally to functional buyer personas
  • Highly methodical and processes focused sales person, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build, scale, and iterate
