  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough validation of client data files, including format checks, content validation, and data integrity testing, to ensure accuracy and completeness for import into our systems.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute UAT test plans to validate data migration and system functionality meets client requirements. Document test results and work with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • File Format and Content Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of various file formats used in healthcare/RCM (e.g., CSV, TXT, XML, HL7, EDI) and the structure and content of healthcare data (e.g., patient demographics, claims, payments).
  • Data Mapping: Contribute to data mapping activities, ensuring accurate translation of client data into our system structures.
  • Client Communication: Attend virtual client meetings to provide regular updates on file reviews, data validation progress, and UAT results. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
  • Implementation Support: Assist with other minor implementation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of client onboarding.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, working with internal teams and clients to find effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data validation activities, UAT results, and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Required:Proven experience in data validation, data quality testing, and UAT, preferably within the healthcare or RCM industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data formats (e.g., HL7, EDI, XML, CSV, TXT) and content.
  • Experience with data mapping or data transformation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to present technical information to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes and terminology.
  • Experience with healthcare systems (EHR, Practice Management).
