We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Accounting Office Assistant to join our team at a unique therapy practice dedicated to improving lives. HR/Accounting Responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, onboarding, and benefits enrollment.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of transactions.
- Prepare financial and HR reports as requested by management.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational processes and support team development.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR and accounting activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Certification in QuickBooks Online preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or Paychex).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
