Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Meet regularly with the HR Staffing Adequacy team and Enterprise program leadership to stay up to date on program plans, requirements, and deliverable timelines.
- Create materials to inform program leaders of their organization’s current workforce size and make-up. Build templates to capture workforce resourcing plans, inclusive of instructional materials to ensure user comprehension of how to utilize the templates.
- Analyze capacity data collected from different orgs/teams and create aggregated reporting. Utilize both capacity and skills data to create a cohesive analysis of organization staffing plans and potential gaps.
- Develop executive-level summaries of capacity and skills data analyzed for delivery to leadership.
- Collaborate effectively with senior leadership through clear, concise, and well-organized communication.
- Maintain awareness of dependencies to meeting deliverable timelines and proactively communicate risks to the HR Staffing Adequacy team.
Qualifications of the right candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in workforce planning OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in workforce planning.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior workforce planning experience at a large commercial bank.
- Skills: Tableau or Microsoft Power BI dashboard development experience.
