We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Test Lead to join our team in the health insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 offshore data testers and ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data processing systems. This role requires a strong background in ETL tools, SQL scripting, and data testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3-4 offshore data testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
