We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, allowing executives to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth. The Executive Assistant will handle both personal and business-related tasks, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
  • Handle/Execute both personal and business-related errands, purchases, and other personal requests.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist with special projects, event planning, and any additional tasks assigned by the executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage correspondence and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Relative experience as an Executive Assistant of 5 years or more.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management and accounting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in construction, electrical, or related industry is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems.
  • A “do what it takes” kind of attitude with willingness to accept any task.
