Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDR/SDR to join our North American sales team. This role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. Strong proficiency in cold calling and generating outbound opportunities is essential. Experience or understanding of the partner channel motion is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers and partnerships through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
Prospecting: Target mid-market and major segment companies and their respective partners, focusing on VDI/DaaS and Managed Infrastructure services.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and sales activities (calls, emails, linkedin outreach).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role, preferably in the end user compute (EUC) or managed IT technology and services industry.
Strong understanding of VDI/DaaS and Managed Infrastructure solutions.
Passion for Learning: A strong desire to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Experience or understanding of the partner motion and working with channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g. Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Nooks).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills; proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with AI tools and leveraging them as a thought partner.

Projected Salary and On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role:
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000
Total Projected OTE: $100,000 - $150,000
