We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who excels in forecasting, financial storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Forecasting & Analysis: Develop and refine financial models to drive business insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Support the annual budgeting process, track actuals vs. forecasts, and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
- Strategic Storytelling: Synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives to communicate business performance and insights.
- Executive Presentations: Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and business units to provide actionable insights and drive financial performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage financial data to support cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; SAP or other ERP systems a plus.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
