We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to lead and manage critical infrastructure projects focused on CI/CD processes, hardware scaling, and organizational collaboration.Position Overview:As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the development, integration, and scaling of hardware infrastructure designed to handle billions of daily requests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth collaboration across various stakeholders and organizational teams, leveraging your expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to drive successful, efficient, and scalable project delivery. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring the highest level of technical expertise and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with multiple stakeholders to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. Maintain project timelines, ensure proper resource allocation, and mitigate risks.CI/CD Strategy & Implementation: Manage and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, automated deployment cycles, improving efficiency and reducing errors across various platforms and environments.Infrastructure Scaling: Collaborate with hardware and software teams to scale infrastructure that can support billions of daily requests. Ensure the architecture can grow alongside increasing traffic and performance demands.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business leaders, engineering teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.Collaboration with Tech Teams: Work closely with engineering, development, and QA teams to define project milestones, review progress, and resolve any technical issues that arise.Process Optimization: Continuously improve CI/CD processes, identifying areas for automation, efficiency gains, and best practices to improve workflow and deployment times.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or quality, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project milestones, risks, changes, and other project-related information.
