Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth collaboration across various stakeholders and organizational teams, leveraging your expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to drive successful, efficient, and scalable project delivery. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring the highest level of technical expertise and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with multiple stakeholders to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. Maintain project timelines, ensure proper resource allocation, and mitigate risks.CI/CD Strategy & Implementation: Manage and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, automated deployment cycles, improving efficiency and reducing errors across various platforms and environments.Infrastructure Scaling: Collaborate with hardware and software teams to scale infrastructure that can support billions of daily requests. Ensure the architecture can grow alongside increasing traffic and performance demands.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business leaders, engineering teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.Collaboration with Tech Teams: Work closely with engineering, development, and QA teams to define project milestones, review progress, and resolve any technical issues that arise.Process Optimization: Continuously improve CI/CD processes, identifying areas for automation, efficiency gains, and best practices to improve workflow and deployment times.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or quality, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project milestones, risks, changes, and other project-related information.
