About the Role:

Join X-Rite, a global leader in color measurement and management solutions, as our Product Manager (PM) for Display and Calibration product lines. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the print and packaging industries with world-class hardware and software solutions.

This role will have the opportunity to travel 20% worldwide to customers and industry events.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Product Life Cycle Management

  • Take charge of your portfolio from launch to end-of-life, optimizing costs, monitoring serviceability, and driving innovative updates.
  • Lead the charge in managing product launches, updates, and rationalization.
  • Optimize cost structures and escalate technical improvements to enhance serviceability and customer satisfaction.

Developing Features & Functionality

  • Align R&D capacity with organizational priorities to execute groundbreaking initiatives.
  • Define user-centric requirements and deliver seamless workflows across hardware and software solutions.

Innovation and Ideation

  • Act as the voice of the customer, transforming their feedback into impactful innovations.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine vision.
  • Drive ideation and innovation to unlock synergies across product lines and lead the charge in creating solutions that matter.

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled professional with:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a relevant technical field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with color measurement instruments or related technologies. Preferably print or packaging.
  • Strong expertise in color science, spectrophotometry, and associated technologies.
  • Project management excellence with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including fluency with Microsoft tools.
