As the Video Surveillance & Security Consultant, this role is the face of Alert 360, dedicated to selling a range of solutions, including Stand-Alone Camera Systems (CCTV), Solar Mobile Surveillance Trailers, Powered Live Video Monitoring Hardware, Security, and Smart Home Automation to both businesses and residences. Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Outside sales, inside sales, B2B sales.
- Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals.
- Desire and drive to make money and be successful.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
- Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers.
- Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations.
- You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial security or fire sales
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in outside sales
- Demonstrated knowledge of solution development and consultative selling skills
- Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and functional/technical skills
- A verifiable track record of meeting sales quotas within the commercial security/fire industry
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
- Weekend and evening availability!
