Primary Services is excited to announce a Sr. Compensation and Benefits Analyst role for a global industry leader. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent worldwide. Leveraging expertise in market trends, regulatory compliance, and strategic program development, this role significantly impacts the company’s global workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage global compensation and benefits programs to support strategic goals and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate market trends, industry standards, and regulatory environments to recommend program enhancements.
- Manage and update job architecture and compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
- Oversee the company’s compensation adjustment system, ensuring consistency and compliance with compensation philosophy.
- Collaborate with HR and vendors to administer employee benefits programs efficiently.
- Advise managers on compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
- Educate stakeholders on compensation and benefits processes, policies, and systems to enhance understanding and compliance.
- Provide input on HRIS system implementation, upgrades, and integrations related to compensation and benefits.
- Deliver timely reports and analytics on compensation, benefits, and employment trends to inform business decisions.
- Assist with HR-related payroll activities as required.
- Enhance employer branding by developing communication strategies for compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in US compensation and benefits management within HR or Finance.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of developing and improving compensation and benefits programs.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable legislation and regulatory guidelines affecting HR policies.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and solve complex analytical problems with sound business judgment.
- Experience working with compensation software or HRMS systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
- Ability to travel domestically, up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international compensation and benefits practices, particularly in Europe.
- Knowledge of HR operational policies, procedures, and best practices across multiple HR functions.
- Experience supporting a global, high-growth organization with a diverse employee base.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), or Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager (CCBM).
