This is a full-time on-site role in Springfield, OH for a Hotel Catering Manager at Mid-Continent Hospitality. The Hotel Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing catering operations, managing client relationships, coordinating events, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
