LHH is currently recruiting a Billing Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our clients in Houston, TX. This role will be responsible for preparing invoices for distribution to the company’s clients ensuring all billing activities are performed accurately and timely in a high volume fast paced environment.
Job duties include:
- Set up billing plans in ERP upon receipt of the approved contract.
- Review draft invoices for accuracy, process within the ERP system, and distribute them to clients.
- Research and resolve billing issues and process credit memos and revisions.
- Communicate with Operations and other internal departments to assist with research and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Ad-hoc billing/revenue projects as needed.
Qualifications include:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of high-volume Billing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft skills including advanced Excel skills, and ERP experience preferably JDE or Oracle.
- Experience in other quote-to-cash areas, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational and communication skills.
