Job Description

  • This position provides support and ownership to the document control processes and training throughout the product life cycle, including development, sustaining and end-of-life
  • Control and manage the configuration changes throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensuring all components, versions, and changes are accurately documented and controlled
  • Enforcing change control processes to prevent inconsistencies and issues with system performance and functionality
  • Define the CM scope and plan
  • Maintain configuration management baseline of IT cloud and on-premises environments
  • Implement and maintain change management process
  • Gather and document requirements and metrics
  • Develop and improve processes
  • Establish and maintain documentation policies and procedures
  • Track and report project task status updates
  • Drive CM related project initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Verify and audit the configuration status
  • Improve and optimize the CM process and tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in using SharePoint and Teams platforms for document management and collaboration, including designing and implementing workflows
  • High School diploma
  • Must be a self-starter, team builder, excellent communicator and process oriented
  • SharePoint and ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance OR Current DHA Public Trust
  • CMDB in Remedy/ServiceNow
  • Security+ Certification preferred
