Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Administrator with a strong focus on Active Directory (AD) policy management and security enforcement. This role requires expertise in AD management, authentication protocols (NTLM, Kerberos), and PKI certificate management in a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security policies, automating tasks, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and secure Windows Server environments with a focus on AD policy management, Group Policy, and security policy enforcement.

Manage Kerberos and NTLM authentication, ensuring secure user access and resource management.

Oversee PKI certificates deployment, renewal, and management across 2200 servers and 100,000+ users using automation tools.

Implement and enforce security policies within Active Directory, including RBAC, MFA, and audit controls.

Automate AD and certificate management tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

Monitor Active Directory logs for security events, ensuring compliance and detecting potential vulnerabilities.

Troubleshoot complex AD security issues, including privilege escalation and account lockouts.

Collaborate with security teams to ensure AD aligns with company-wide security policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

Advanced experience in Active Directory policy management and security enforcement.

Strong knowledge of Kerberos, NTLM authentication, and PKI certificates.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for AD and certificate automation.

Expertise in Group Policy, RBAC, and AD security best practices.

Experience with SIEM tools and monitoring AD security logs.
