The company is seeking a .NET Development Team Lead to guide software development projects utilizing the .NET framework. The successful candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge, excellent leadership abilities, and strong communication skills to effectively manage and support a team of developers.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Over 7 years of experience in software development, focusing on cloud platforms, application engineering, and system design.
  • A proven history of leading teams and overseeing software projects from initiation to deployment.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams through complex development processes.
  • Expertise in mentoring developers, fostering technical growth, and supporting career advancement.
  • Strong proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), particularly in architecture, deployment, and scalable cost management.
  • Practical experience in cloud migration projects, including the transition of legacy systems and infrastructure scaling.
  • In-depth knowledge of building scalable, reliable, and efficient systems using cloud services and modern architecture techniques.
  • Experience with microservices, API frameworks, serverless computing, and cloud-native strategies.
  • Ability to lead the development of solutions that align with both business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of cloud security protocols and regulatory standards like GDPR or HIPAA.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, and cloud technologies, along with a good grasp of DevOps tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL), with a focus on performance and optimization.
  • Experience in unit testing, conducting code reviews, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
