Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize our content activation process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who can coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content deployment and effective content tagging.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and a passion for driving successful marketing initiatives on a global scale.
Note: who understands campaigns and how campaign activation happens and the role of content within this workflow. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with demand marketing, or this space as it will very closely support this team.
Candidate should have an experience on product, web and developer areas BUT also MUST have experience about the actual process of how content is used in campaigns, and how this can support marketers with their campaign strategy
What You'll Do:
- Manage the content activation process and ensure all content requests follow established intake and global processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., web, media, GenStudio) for smooth content deployment and team handoffs.
- Develop and implement content tagging and metadata strategies for effective searchability and categorization.
- Communicate with marketing and content teams to understand content performance, gaps, and future needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams in Workfront Planning for scheduling and aligning content activations and create calendar views.
- Monitor and report on live content across campaigns, identifying gaps and comparing fulfillment against required assets.
- Maintain a calendar view of live content across campaigns for visibility and alignment.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content management, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content tagging, metadata management, and reporting, a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to change.
