Pay Range: $77 - $79.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Help envision and shape DCXM s centralized portfolio management transformation.
• Lead planning of moving from vision to execution through a prioritized, phased approach, inclusive of goals/objectives, stakeholder engagement, milestones and success metrics.
• Drive strategic change initiatives encompassed in the phases of portfolio management transformation.
• On point for stakeholder management and communication.
• DCXM roadmap planning and development.
• Client and lead on-going continuous improvement efforts.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Portfolio management transformation, DCXM roadmap, program management, Large scale programs , PMP certification.
• Must have prior program management, senior level project management experience.
• Must have experience leading large scale, cross functional initiatives.
• PMP certification.
