We're Hiring: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12+ months Contract
Experience: 9+ Years
Note: This is a W2 role. Not a C2C role.
Candidates needs to have:
Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
Experience supporting ServiceNow.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL).
Strong proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience running ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites and identifying root causes of failures.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple efforts effectively.
Preferred:
ITIL v3 or v4 Certification.
ServiceNow CSA Certification
Job Description:
Act as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure optimal use of platform capabilities.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and roadmap.
Lead requirements gathering, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Develop and refine epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Document business requirements with the appropriate level of detail for development, QA, and support teams.
Assist in project planning, risk analysis, and progress reporting.
Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to identify and resolve defects before deployment.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive stakeholder adoption.
Assess training needs, create training materials, and maintain knowledge articles.
Manage ServiceNow incident support, problem resolution, and service requests.
Act as Release Manager for regular updates, upgrades, and patches.
Analyze ServiceNow vendor release notes to assess impact on ITSM processes.
Ensure team adherence to ITSM processes and policies.
Generate reports and assist stakeholders with reporting needs.
