  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team onsite in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles, experience with design tools such as Figma, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.

· Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.

· Analyze user behaviors and market trends to continuously improve the user experience.

· Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

· Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

· Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback.

· Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working on onsite projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
