We accepting applications for a Department Operations Manager for our termite division. By joining our team, you will be supported by 40+ years of industry experience and will serve a key role in providing excellent customer service/treatment solutions to homeowners across central Alabama.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of inspectors to ensure exceptional customer service for our customers.
  • Provide guidance to staff on all facets of operations, service delivery, and customer relations.
  • Accountable for overseeing financial aspects of operations, including driving revenue growth and managing expenses.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region to meet with customers, support inspectors, and collaborate with the sales team on business expansion.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and occasional weekend work as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis as required.
  • Act as a strategic problem-solver, identifying the most effective solutions for each client’s needs.
  • Foster clear and professional communication with both customers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
  • 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
  • Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a route-oriented customer service role preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ability to fit in crawlspaces to perform inspections
  • A valid ID and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • Ability to work overtime, if needed
