Job Description
Board & Leadership Support
- Manage calendaring for the Board of Trustees and Committee meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
- Assist in preparing and distributing board correspondence, meeting materials, and board packets.
Administrative & Project Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team on various projects.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and managing important documents and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution of relevant materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support events and special initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supporting board governance and leadership teams is a plus.
