The Role

As a Pre-sales Deployed Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers optimize their development workflows through our AI tools. You’ll partner closely with the Sales team to qualify and close deals while serving as a key technical expert and product champion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showcase the platform’s benefits to stakeholders, from developers to executives.
  • Lead product demos, run evaluations, and tailor solutions to fit various use cases.
  • Provide technical training and develop resources such as blog posts, guides, and videos to help users maximize productivity.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to Product and Engineering to improve the roadmap and user experience.

Challenges

  • Educating and onboarding hundreds of enterprise clients
  • Addressing the most critical questions from customers
  • Identifying and solving high-impact challenges for users and partners
  • Staying the preferred AI partner for development teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s in CS or related field, or equivalent experience, with coding proficiency (OOP languages).
  • At least 1 year of presales or consulting experience, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and a passion for emerging technologies like LLMs.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
