  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Web Developer 4

Contract

Location: Fully remote, but if possible, they can come to Redmond

Pay Range: $61/hr. to $80/hr. on W2

Must be USC or GC Holder

Minimum/ Must Have Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience with JavaScript and React
  • 5+ years’ experience with building customer-facing products.
  • 5+ years’ experience with ability to design user-friendly interfaces and understand user needs.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but NO degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Stability and reliability with experience building customer-facing products with a focus on user-friend designs
  • 5+ years’ experience required
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
  • Knowledge of good UX design, REST API design and product design
  • Expertise in the frontend space with JavaScript, React, Redux, Rxjs and in the backend space with either C#, Nodejs, Java or Go

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
  • Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications
  • Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support
  • Identify, escalate and document production impact issues
  • Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities.
  • Purpose of the Team: This team is the software Kios studio focusing on fault injection to cause downtime in customer or user services to test their resilience. Essentially, they operate as a resilience validation platform.
  • Key projects: The contractor will primarily be involved in bug fixing, automations, and participating in features. They are not expected to drive or have major contributions to any full enterprise projects.
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 15% meeting, 15% writing design documents, 70% coding.
