  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Complete Description:

Responsible to:

·Gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting them in a clear and concise manner.

·Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

·Creating, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automation/ATF) to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.

·Identifying and managing defects and issues, reporting them in a clear and concise manner, and working with the development team to resolve them.

·Providing support for end-users during the testing and deployment phases of software

applications.

Creating and maintaining documentation related to Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing processes and procedures.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

·Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts manual and Automation/ATF to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.

·Experience with ServiceNow and cross-functional diagrams.

·Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
