  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Responsible to work on deals in active UW as well as assisting in the securitization process by reviewing top 10 write-ups, agency cash flows and haircut calls
  • Responsible for taking notes during pre-screen IC to capture all credit committee commentary and questions
  • Participate and take notes on UW status calls for active deals
  • Tracks due diligence along with the Deal Team
  • Assist in writing sections of the Asset Summary Report (ASR)
  • Review UW package, ASR, cash flows, sensitivity analysis
  • Assist in market due diligence, appraiser and engineer calls, rent and sales comp analysis
  • Perform site inspections
  • Participate in internal UW calls
  • Prior to closing, ensuring all diligence is appropriately saved down for proper hand-off to Asset Management
  • Be the first "line of defense" as diligence is coming in and appropriately raise any perceived red flags to Senior Underwriters
  • Confirm Guarantor liquidity, NW and SREO
  • Review org structure and organizational documents to confirm control parties/key principals and KYC search requirements.
  • Provide legal with blanks/brackets/exhibits/schedules in the loan documents.
  • Assist in monitoring the insurance process, providing updates, and moving the process forward.
  • Confirm collections and reconcile bank statements, source financials, collection reports, etc.
  • Review internal sizing model for appropriate input of source financials and rent rolls
  • Create list of financial variance questions and monitor responses
  • Present strengths, risks/weaknesses, mitigants and structural recommendations to Senior Underwriters.
