  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote hybrid role for an Account Manager at US Blanks. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also handle order processing, product inquiries, and provide product expertise and support to clients. Position requires some travel for tradesgows as needed.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as needed
  • Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
