About the Role – Remote Salesperson - Inside Sales:

You will work alongside our team as you grow into a Top Producer in the Life Insurance space. This role requires no cold calling. Our clients have responded to our marketing and are expecting us to call.

ALL hires start at the beginning, learn our sales process, objection handling through role playing common scenarios, individual and team coaching, and from there move quickly to leadership positions when they are able to demonstrate through their production that they understand what it is they are going to teach. If you have the skills, determination and desire to excel, nobody will prevent you from reaching your goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
  • Daily phone work to connect with our clients
  • Ongoing training and plugging into it consistently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Good technology skills. (Google Calendar, CRM’s, Zoom, general internet use etc)
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
