We seek business analysts with cash management experience in Capital Market/Global Banking payables, collections, and liquidity. The individual should have Knowledge of asset finance, digital lending practices, and lending Software such as Loan IQ. Great experience with consumer, commercial, and corporate lending and familiarity with end-to-end loan origination & processing solutions. Able to cover all aspects of lending with an industry-leading digital open banking platform and an origination platform for mortgages, loans, and deposits. Must know asset financing, improving customer onboarding, increasing transparency, and streamlining back office operations. Familiarity with capital market industry standards for loan document compliance. Worked in the past with digital borrowing for businesses, corporations, and consumers to ensure more straightforward lending. Knowledge of trade and working capital finance familiarity with next-gen open banking platforms solutions to drive agile solutions

Your deliverables as a Business Analyst will include:

  • Creates recommendations and feature definitions to address market opportunities.
  • Gathers information from stakeholders to document functional, system, and/or data requirements.
  • Perform impact analysis to determine affected functional areas
  • Collaborates with team members to create detailed functional and/or technical specifications for complex systems.
  • Review requirements developed by other staff and guide to improve requirement quality as necessary.
  • Collaborates with team members in the development of specifications and integration
  • Assists in the analysis of unit and integration testing results.
  • Provides overall direction for enhancements and general development requirements.
  • Serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborates with technical communications writer to develop proper and thorough documentation (internal and external) describing changes as appropriate.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish defects from enhancement requests.
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for Management processes.
  • May act as a team lead for project work and facilitate meetings, webinars, and focus groups.

Required Experience:

  • 10 years of business analysis or relevant experience.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and development skills, including solving various business problems of complex scope and complexity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to mentor less experienced analysts.
  • Advanced facilitation skills to conduct and facilitate focused requirements analysis discussions.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to organize and lead others in accomplishing project goals and objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of defining system and functional requirements.
