Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Dallas. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be crucial in nurturing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Needs Assessment: Identify and evaluate client staffing needs and match them with available resources.

- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure effective service delivery.

- Networking: Attend networking and industry events to develop new business leads.

- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven success in staffing sales with 3-5 years of experience.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.

- Sales Approach: Consultative selling approach with strong client relationship-building skills.

- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and proposal writing capabilities.

- Results-Driven: A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

- Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
