  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title : Analyst – Financial Reporting

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports.
  • Create, edit, and maintain financial reporting schedules, including:
    • Fund Financial Statements
    • Schedule of Investments
    • Tailored Shareholding Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and financial reporting deliverables, such as:
    • Form N-MFP3, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, 24f-2 SEC filings
    • Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information (SAI)
  • Research and resolve moderately complex financial reporting issues.
  • Support the team in all aspects of financial reporting deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all reporting tasks.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong comprehensive accounting knowledge.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in mutual fund accounting or financial reporting.
  • Ability to understand and apply complex procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Outlook experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
