Our client, a leading travel technology company, is currently seeking a systems-driven HR Operations Specialist to join their team in Manhattan. If you are passionate about HR technology, data analytics, and optimizing HR operations, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at a company that values innovation and efficiency!

This role will play a key part in managing HR technology, workforce analytics, HRIS systems, and process automation to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience. The ideal candidate has strong experience in HR systems, data-driven decision-making, and HR process optimization, with exposure to payroll coordination. This is a full-time, hybrid role with 4 days on-site in Manhattan/1 day remote (with flexibility).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar), ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Leverage HR technology BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights that support HR and business decision-making.
  • Partner with IT and HR leadership to enhance HR systems, reporting capabilities, and automation initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR systems, benefits, and policies.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing (via ADP) and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of HR operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar).
  • Experience with HR data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, Tableau a plus).
  • Exposure to payroll coordination (ADP preferred), with an understanding of payroll-related compliance.
  • Highly systems-driven mindset with a passion for automation and process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
