This position will be working a hybrid schedule that consist of days in the St. Augustine office as well as working from remotely depending on training and productivity. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hr position (M-F)

What Are We Looking For?

Your Health is currently looking for a Regional Director of Training and Education (RDTE) to join our growing Primary care family. The role of the (RDTE) is responsible for managing education and new initiate roll outs for all staff within the region, and fostering effective communication with staff and leadership. The position entails promptly addressing key performance indicators, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, while an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare is preferred.
  • Preferred LPN, or RN
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably a scheduling, training or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
