About the Company:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of high-impact corporate events and TRC brand enhancement. The ideal candidate will focus on planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and internal company gatherings. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless event execution and enhance the overall brand experience.

About the Role:

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  • Manage event registrations, guest lists, and promotional materials.
  • Support the creation of event marketing collateral, including invitations, flyers, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives.
  • Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist in post-event analysis, reporting on key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory of event materials, including banners, giveaways, and branded merchandise.
  • Support internal employee engagement events and meetings as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and event best practices.

Graphic Design & Brand Enhancement:

  • Design and create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all graphic content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that enhance marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a library of graphics and templates for future use.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Update and maintain all brand collateral, promotional gear and materials.
  • Maintain relationships with event and promo vendors.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with the sales and recruiting teams to understand their needs and support their efforts.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Go the Extra Mile to help with various tasks to support overall marketing initiatives as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event planning, social media management, and graphic design.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and visually appealing graphics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
