Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms
- Write captions, design simple graphics, and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, responding to inquiries and engaging with followers in a timely manner.
- Engage with our online community by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts.
- Support customer service by addressing questions or concerns via social media when necessary.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
